How do I book a studio session?

You can book directly through our website or get in touch via email at hello@pivotalconversations.ai. We'll match you with the right studio based on your content goals, then lock in your session with a confirmed time slot. Most clients are booked within 48 hours.

What's included in a studio booking?
+

Every booking includes full use of the studio space, all recording equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting), an on-site production crew, green room access, and complimentary refreshments. Post-production packages including editing, social clips, and distribution are available as add-ons.

Which studio is right for me?

Each studio has its own distinct feel. SOL is our bright, clean signature space — light and vibrant energy. LUNA is dark and moody with an intimate close-mic setup, think Diary of a CEO vibes. TERRA has warm neutrals and a luxury architectural feel. We're happy to help you choose — just get in touch and we'll walk you through each one.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No — our studios are fully equipped with broadcast-grade cameras (Sony FX6), Shure SM7B microphones, RØDECaster Pro II consoles, cinema-grade lighting, and multi-cam switching. Just show up and we handle the rest.

Can I get social media clips from my session?

Absolutely. We offer same-day rough cuts and social clip packages optimised for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Our team handles editing, colour grading, subtitles, thumbnails, and platform-specific formatting.

Where are your studios located?

Our flagship Melbourne studio is at Level 2, 71 Langridge Street, Collingwood VIC 3066 — featuring all three spaces: SOL, LUNA, and TERRA. Sydney and Gold Coast locations are coming in 2026.

How long is a typical session?

Most podcast recordings run 1–2 hours. We recommend booking a 3-hour block to allow for setup, hair and makeup prep, recording, and any additional B-roll or social content. Half-day and full-day rates are available for larger productions.

Can I live stream from the studio?
+

Yes — our studios support live streaming with multi-source switching and high-speed connectivity. Let us know when booking and we'll make sure everything's set up for your stream.
